In adults, the process of urination is under their control
but not in infants. Why is it so?

well urination of adults as well as infants are controlled by the spinal cord

it controls the reflex of flow of urine through urinary bladder

now for infants they do not have a well developed spinal cord until 3 years of age thus they cannot control their urine

btw ans to ur ques is that :

urination is actually controlled by spinal cord which is actually connected to brain ! they both controls reflex action , urination is an action which is controlled by spinal cord (about reflex action you will study in 10th std.) till that make clear that it is controlled by spinal cord (both in adults n infants )

since infants don't have a developed spinal cord. Hence, they cannot control that !
