Given :-

${t}_{18} - {t}_{14} \: = \: 32$

As we know that,

${t}_{18} = \: a\: + \: 17d$

${t}_{14}\: = \: a + \: 13d$

Now, By given relation

a + 17d - (a+13d) = 32

a + 17d - a - 13d = 32

4d = 32

d = 32/4

d = 8 Answer......

However, using the value of 'd' in relation we can find A.P. also.

If nth term is given then we have another relation, i.e.
