a-d+a+a-d=30

3a=30

a=10

substituting the value of a=10 in a-d*a*a-d

10-d*10+d=360/10

100-d2=36

-D2=36-100

-d2= -64

d2=64

therefore

d=8

therefore the ap is

10,18,26,34....
