Given: In an A.P.
t1 = a =38 , t16=73
tn = a+(n-1)d...... by formula
t16 = 38+(16-1)d
73 = 38+15d
15d = 73-38
d = 35/15
d = 7/3
Now,
t31 = a+(31-1)d
t31 = 38 + 30×7/3
t31 = 38+ 70
t31 = 108
