nth term of AP = a+(n-1)d

4th term = a+(4-1)d = a+3d = 9 1/2 = 19/2

=>> 5 + 3d = 19/2

=>> 3d = 19/2 - 5

=>> 3d = (19 -10)/2

=>> 3d = 9/2

=>> d = 9/(3×2)

=>> d = 3/2

a2 = a+(2-1)d = a+d = 5 + 3/2 = (10 + 3)/2 = 13/2

a3 = a+(3-1)d = a+2d = 5 + 2×3/2 = 5 + 3 = 8

a2 = 6 1/2 , a3 = 8
