1)the voter can caste 5 votes for the single candidate of his/her favor

2)the voter can caste one vote against the name of all five candidates

3)the voter can distribute his votes in many ratios For example 4:2,1:4,3:2,1:2:2,etc

4)the voter can caste one/two/three/four/five vote/votes as it he is not liable to cast all five

5)He may cast only one vote to to the candidate of his/her choice and return back home
