Let the total number of voters be x.

Then,
Percentage by which candidate won =
58% of total vote
=58/100 × x
= 58x/100

And,
No of votes by which candidate won =
4800

Then, According to the question,

Percentage by which candidate won = No of votes by which candidate won

Putting the values,

 \frac{58x}{100}  = 4800
58x =  4800 \times 100
58x = 480000
x =  \frac{480000}{58}
x = 8275
Therefore, total number of voters is 8275.
That's your answer.

Hope it'll help.. :-D
