Total vote polled ard 9791 and 116 are invalid so valid vote are 9675 and both competitors collect vote at the ratio of 5: 4 so sum of ratio divide total valid vote that is 1075 so at the first competetor collect 5* 1075 = 5375 and the second competetor collect 4* 1075 = 4300 votes
