answer is 25600

Total number voters =80000

Total number of votes polled =80%

=10080×80000

=80×800

=64000

So, total percent of votes received by B if A gets 60% of polled votes

=100%–60%

=40%

Hence, total number of votes received by B =10040×64000

=40×640

We get,

=25600
