Number of voters in constituency = 50000
Number of voters gave votes
= 70% of 50000
= 70/100 of 50000
= 35000
Number of votes winning candidate got
=62% of 35000
=62/100 of 35000
=21700
So,number of votes in the favour of other candidates are = 35000 - 21700
=13300
Hope it helps....!!!
