Answer :- Law of conservation of charge :- In a closed system, the amount of charge remains the same. Electric charge can neither be created nor destroyed. Charge can transfer from 1 medium to another. This is what happens when charge changes.

Kirchhoff's current law is based on Law of conservation of charge.

Kirchhoff's current law states  for a parallel path the total current entering the circuit junction is equal to the total current leaving the same junction.
