To Prove:

3AB? = 4AD2

Proof:

In AADB and AADC,

<ADB = <ADC = 90° (R)

AB = AC ( hypotenuse)(H)

AD = AD ( common side )(S)

Therefore,

In AADB,

AB2 = AD2 + BD2
