With the ratio we already have we could determine the successful students which would be 130/10 = 13 * 9 = 117. If 3 more students would have passed then the amount of successful students would have become 117+3 = 120 while the unsuccessful student would have reduced by three, 130-117=13 - 3=10. Now the rat of successful students to un-successful students would be 120:10, if simplified it would become 12:1 since 120/10:10/10 = 12/1
