When a Vote of non-cofidence is passed against any one minister then Whole council of minister has to resign completely.
For ex-If the chief minister of the state does not won any seat in any Block but he became CM so..he must have to win any sit within 6 months if he doesn't able to do so and opposition party passed tge non confidence then he his party has to left the CM office.
