Total number of trees = 12 + 11 + 8 = 31

Number of apple trees = 12

%age of apple trees in the orchard =
12/31 x 100% = 38.71%

Hence your required answer is 38.71%

first find the total trees which is- 31 trees
then find the percentage of apple trees like this -
no. of apple trees × 100 divided by total trees
(12 × 100)÷ 31
1200÷31
38.71%

so the answer is 38.71%
