The bowlers can have four overs each in the T-20 match.
However, the limit of the overs in 50 over match is around 10.
The large difference is due to the number of balls.
Also, the teams try to have an equivalent number of batsmen, bowlers and fielder so that each and every hook of their match can be strong.
But you never know who can play better than the champ.

Solution :-
In a cricket team the ratio of the bowlers to the batsmen is kept in such a way that there should be at least 5 bowlers in a team. So, in an uninterrupted T20 cricket match each bowler may bowl a maximum of 4 overs.
While, in an One Day International cricket match (50 over match), each bowler can bowl a maximum of 10 overs. But, there is no such restriction with the Test Matches, where a bowler can bowl any number of overs depending upon the stamina of the bowler.
