in angle a,b,c,d of the quadrilateral abcd ,taken in order ,are in ratio 3:7:6:4 then name the type of quadrilateral abcd

vinvicashp1wzhq: It's a trapezium
vinvicashp1wzhq: since sum of the sides of a quadrilateral is 360 and the given ratio shows that adjacent angles a and b total to 180 degrees. So do angles c and d.

let the angles be 3x,7x,6x,4x
then 3x+7x+6x+4x = 360
x= 360/20= 18
so angles are
54°, 126°, 108° & 72°
hence it is a trapezium

Answer:

Trapezium

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given that the angles of quadrilateral are in ratio 3:7:6:4

Let teh ratio be x

So, angles will be 3x, 7x , 6x and 4x

Sum of all angles of quadrilateral is 360.

So, 3x+7x+6x +4x = 360

20x = 360

x= 13

So, 3x=3(13)=39

7x=7(13)=91

6x=6(13)= 78

4x=4(13)=52

Since the angles are not 90 so, it cannot be rectangle or square and opposite angles are not equal so, it cannot be parallelogram

So, it is a trapezium .
