in animals where the body size is small ,diffusion pressure is sufficient to distribute the oxygen through the body but when body size is larger how this phenomenon that takes place?
plz explain clearly.

In small organisms, almost all the cells of the body are in direct contact with the environment whereas it is not the case in large organisms. So, diffusion is not sufficient.
