they are poor and illiterate or you can say unskilled labour DUE TO LACK OF ILLITERACY THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO GET JOBS IN COMPANIES OR EVEN SMALL DEPARTMENTS BECAUSE EACH DEPARTMENT NEED EXPERIENCE WHETHER IT IS PRIVATE OR GOVERNMENT.........
