--> There should be restrictions on digging bore wells with certain conditions because drinkable water has become so precious that the days are not far away to fight over water. So if over use of water takes place then posterity has to suffer in future with loss of water as humans are using all of the drinkable water on earth which will later result just with high percent of salt water which is not possible for living organisms to drink.
