yes pulmonary artery supply deoxygenated blood as it suplly blood to lungs from right ventricles of heart,While in other cases arteries supply oxygenated blood through Aorta arise from left ventricles of heart . Thats the diffrence and for easy understanding u need to learn a thing that any blood supply arise from called artry either it supply lungs or any other part and as the lungs are the only site for oxygenation so the artry which carry blood to lungs is obviously deoxygenated so pulmonary is the only case.
