The average of different probable weights of Arun is 67 kg.

• According to Arun, his weight is more than 65 kg but less than 72 kg. Mathematically,

W > 65 kg, W < 72 kg

=> 65 kg < W < 72 kg

• According to Arun's brother, Arun's weight is greater than 60 kg but less than 70 kg.

Mathematically,

W > 60 kg, W < 70 kg

=> 60 kg < W < 70 kg

• Arun's mother is of the opinion that his age is not greater than 68 kg, means his weight is either less than or equal to 68 kg. Mathematically,

W < 68 kg

• Now, considering all the opinions to be true, it can been said that  Arun could have minimum 66 kg of weight and maximum 68 kg of weight.

• Therefore, the probable weight of of Arun are : 66 kg, 67 kg, and 68 kg.

• The average of all the probable weights of Arun = (66 + 67 + 68) kg / 3 = 67 kg.
