In brainly, While uploading profile picture, I've clicked many times on 'choose file' but it shows no file chosen and I'm unable to choose it. What'll I do ? I use mobile and from website. ☺5pts

why i m unable to upload my profile picture on brainly? 

 this problem create due to network problems 
sometimes it is because the profile pic size is too large so try to use small size pic

how to upload the profile picture?

there are 2 ways by the website, and by the app.
with website
login on brainly.in then click on your profile then click on edit profile, then profile pic the choose file then done.


with the app 
click on me after opening app and log in, 
then edit profile click on the plus icon choose pic which u want and then save


remember
profile pic should be smaller than 5 MB. 
it should be jpeg/png.

Heya friend,

First of all , let's try uploading pic by two ways-:



1) By using app-

•Go to 'ME' option.
• Then on the top, your profile and details will be shown.
•And on the right side , 'EDIT' option will be there.
•Click on it, and then from there you can change your display picture.




2) By using site-

•Go to your profile.
•And under your name, 'EDIT PROFILE' option will be there.
•And then various options will come, 5 option will come, click on 5th option.
•From there you can change.

Better try using app to update dp if site isn't working.
