Answers
Gulliver loved to travel. His ship was wrecked on his first voyage and he landed in a place where the people were less than 6 inches tall. It was an island country named Lilliput. The inhabitants of the place made him a prisoner. He was released after he assured them that he would behave properly.
He became a favourite at the court. He came to know that the Lilliputians were not on good terms with the neighbouring nation of Blefuscu. Gulliver helped the King to subdue the Blefuscudians by stealing their fleet but he did not reduce the island nation to a province of Lilliput. This displeased the King and the court. Gulliver was charged for treason. He was to be blinded as a punishment. But a friend helped him to escape to Blefuscu.
Gulliver's views about them:
Even though the people were small in size they were resourceful and united. They made him a prisoner even though he was so big in size.
The King loved his subjects and gave him permission to roam about in the kingdom only when he promised not to harm the subjects.
The kingdom had rivalry with the neighbouring kingdoms.
There were rivalries and jealousies among the courtiers.
People were given punishment for their crimes. But this was not always on the correct grounds. He was blamed for making water in the capital. Even though by doing this he was putting out the fire and saving innumerable lives.
