IN CASE OF BSD DEBTS ,

SHOULD BE PREPARE A TWO ACCOUNT

1) → CASH AC

2) → DEBTOR AC

In case of bad debts a/c the DEBTOR'S a/c is credited.

This a/c is credited because there is a decrease in assets.
