execution commissioner one of the power man in the country . after the appointment he is not answerable to president and even the ruling party and election commissioner is appointed by the president and EC enjoy same rights as judiciary enjoy but with power there comes responsibility like election commissioner had announce the date of election and ensure that the election is done in free and fair manner . hope it is helpful if it is tell me on comments box
