In case of a fire, before the firemen use the water hoses, they shut off the main electrical supply for the area. Explain why they do this

as we know that water is a good conductor of electricity and when it is fire in house or any building to shut fire ,fireman have to use water and if there is any short circuit then the person pouring water will get a electric shock.
