In certain group of plants stomata remains closed during day. How is food synthesized by such plants? Also name them.

They synthesise their food in night not in day time example like a cactus

1. In desert plants,stomata open during night and take in carbon dioxide which gets stored in vacuoles. E.g.: cactus
2. This stored CO2 is utilised during the day time,in the presence of sunlight to carry out photosynthesis.
