Given :

Total percent of pupils wear glasses = 20%
Total number of people do not wear glasses = 28

Let the percentage of total pupils be 100%

The Percentage of pupils do not wear glasses = (100 - 20)%
= 80%

Let the total pupils be x

A/q

=> 80% of x = 28
=> 0.8x = 28
=> x = 28/0.8 = 35

Hence,
(a) Total pupils in class 6B is 35
(b) Pupils wear glasses = 35 - 28 = 7

35
% of pupils wearing glasses = 20%

% of pupils not wearing glasses = 100%-20%
= 80%

(80/100) × total pupils = 28

4/5 × total pupils = 28

total pupils = 28 × 5/4

total pupils = 35

pupils wearing glasses = 35 - 28
= 7
