no.of students=80

20%×80=16

therefore each student got 16 chocolates.total no.of chocolates distributed in students=80×16=1280

no.of chocolate each teacher got =25%×80=20

total no.of chocolates distributed in teachers = 16×20=320

total no.of chocolates=1280+320=1600

therefore option D .1600 is correct
