let, maths marks be as 'x'
and English marks be as 'y'
so given that
(x+2)(y-3)=210-----------1
from, x+y=30--------3
we got (x=30-y)--------2

substitute eq 2 in eq 1

(32-y)(y-3)=210
on solving you will get
y=17.5-------4
so substitute eq4 in eq3
from that x=12.5

so ,maths marks =12.5
English marks=17.5
