in deserts rocks will have mushroom like structure because the wind erode the lower part of the rocks more than the the upper part

but in desert there are hot wind right,hot wind rises.
so the wind should erode the upper part of the rock more than the lower part right

I think it is because of the atmospheric pressure that the winds erode the lower part of the rocks more than upper part

Even though wind is hot all the wind might not rise because the average temperature is 100°F  so I think  most of wind might not rise
