Answer:

2x+3y=5. eqn[1]

y=5-2x/2. eqn(2)

so we get the value of y,

putting the value of y in eqn 1,we get

2x+3×[5-2x/2]=5

2x+15-3x/2=5

TAKING LCM as 2,

4x+15-3x/2=5

4x+15-3x=10

x+15=10

x=10-15

x=-5

for finding the value of y, put the value of x in eqn 1,

y=5-2×(-5)/2

y=5+10/2

y=15/2

y=7.5
