Initial motor bikes = 40000
Increase no. = 48400

so, rate of increase = 8400/2 = 4200 per annum

48400=40000(1+x/100)²
48400=40000*100x/100*100x/100
48400/40000=x²
1.21=x²
0.11=x
rate =0.11%
