in Faraday experiment if instead of moving the magnet towards a coil we move the coil towards the
magnet will there be any induced current? justify your answer compare the two cases.

Yes it will induce current because we need only change in magnetic field around the coil so if we move coil then also magnetic field around it changes and hence current will induce.
