given= PQ =12cm
RP =13cm
RQ =?
for find RQ we use phythagarous therom
now,
H^2 = P^2 + B^2
RP^2=PQ^2+RQ^2
(13)^2=(12)^2+RQ^2
169=144+RQ^2
169-144= RQ^2
√25=RQ
5cm=RQ
So,
tan P=P/B = RQ/PQ = 5/12
cot R=B/P = RQ/PQ = 5/12
now,
tan P = cot R
5/12 = 5/12
