Dasham10: AB = CD (Opp. sides of a ||gm are equal)

CD = 16cm

Area of ||gm = b*h
= AE*CD
= 8*16
= 128cm^2. (1)

Also, area of ||gm = b*h
= CF*AD
= (10*AD)cm^2. (2)

From (1) and (2),

128cm^2 = (10*AD)cm^2
AD = 128/10
AD = 12.8cm.
