=√25+144

=√169

H=13cm

Now, radius=13\2

Shaded area= area of the circle - area of the rectangle

=πr²-lb

=22×13×13/7×2×2 - 5×12

=11×169/14 - 60

=132.78 - 60

=72.78 cm²

Diameter BD=13cm

Area of shaded region=

ar of circle-area of rectangle

=πr^2-l×b

=22/7×13/2×13/2-12×5

=132.79-60

=72.8sq cm (approx)
