In figure 1 if y÷x -5 and 3÷x=4 then the value of x is ​

Answer:

 \frac{y}{x}  = 5 \: and \:  \:  \:  \frac{3}{x}  = 4

y = 5x .....(i)\:  \: and \:  \: 3 = 4x.....(ii)

from \: (ii) \:  \: x =  \frac{3}{4}

putting \: the \: value \: of \: x \: in \: (i)

y = 5 \times  \frac{3}{4}

y =  \frac{15}{4}

3.∠APQ+∠PRQ+∠y = 180* (∠s,in a straight line)

⇒ 50*+127* = 180*

⇒ ∠y+177* = 180*

⇒∠y = 180*- 177*

⇒ ∠y = 3*

interior angle ∠R = 180*-127* ∴ exterior ∠s,-180*

∠R = 53*

in∆PQR

∠x +3*+53*=180*

∠x=180*-56*

∠x = 24*
