r (0)= 21.2 x 10^-11 m

First excited state means,

n = 2

r(0) = n^2  x  r(1)

r(1) = 21.2 x 10^-11 / 4

     = 5.3 x 10^-11 m

E = - 13.6 / n^2

  = - 3.4 eV

Hope this may help you !
