In graphite , each carbon atom is bonded to three other carbon atoms and one of these bonds is a double bond , then how does graphite conduct electricity when there is no free electron ????

"Each carbon atom in graphite is bonded with three other carbon atoms among which one is a double bond, the electrons in the atom in the double bond are not as stable as single bonds, so they are free to move between the atoms. Thus Graphite conducts electricity."

you said the answer yourself that carbon is only attached to 3 other carbon electron and not 4 therefore it conduct electricity

graphite doesnt has any double bonds
