gymnosperms have naked seeds as in they are not covered. but to make seed a basic breeding or pollination is required. since all seeds are made by pollen fertilized the ovaries

it can be  observed by using simple logic that without pollination seeds won't be there.

so yes even gymnosperms have parts like style and stigma though it is different from angiosperm parts
