Hola Mate..

Here is the answer.......

We have the formula

  • (n2-n1)(n2-n1+1)/2

Now , for transition from 6 th to 2 nd orbit .... n1=2 and n2=6

Thus, (6-2)(6-2+1)/2

==>>4×5/2

==>>10.(Total Lines)

But , excluding Barmer series , we get 10-4 =6.
