Harsha Vardhan was the ruler of North India after the Guptas. He ruled from  606 to 647 CE and belonged to Pushyabhuti or Vardhana dynasty. The copper coin of Harshvardhan has been found from Sonepat which describes the details of the Pushyabhuti clan.
