In how many ways can i answer to a native English speaker when asked " can you hear me" during a phone call?

If a native English speaker ask you “can you hear me” then you can answer him or her as “yes, I tell me, I am here only”.

Else if you do not hear any sound over the phone then you can tell him or her as “no, are you there, hello, I can’t hear anything”.
