Here,
Principal = RS. 500
Amount = RS. 600
S.I = A - P
= RS. 600 - 500
= RS. 100
Rate of interest = 5%
Time = S. I. × 100/P × R
= 100 × 100/500 × 5
= 4 YEARS.

Answer:

Time = 100×SI/P×R

so we don't get SI

SI = principal - amount

SI = 500 - 600 = 100

SI = 100

Time = 100×100/500×5

= 100/25

= 25divide by 100

= we get 4

= your answer is 4 yr
