SI = PTR/100 = 1000 x 8 x T/100

SIn= 1200 - 1000 = 200

200 = 1000x 8 x T/100

T = 10/4 = 2.5 years

Step-by-step explanation:

We have :

A = 1200 ruppess ,P = 1000, R = 8%

:-) S.I = A - P = (1200 - 1000) = 200

Now, T = 100×S.I /P×R = [100×200/1000×8]years

= [25/10] =2.5 years.

Answer) 2.5 Years
