Area of triangle QPR=1/2×base×hight

=1/2×52×48

=52×24

=1248

Using heron's formula ie area,=√(s-a) (s-b) (s-c) of triangle PRQthen using pythagoras theorem find value of PQ andalso find the area of triangle PQS by general formula of area of triangle as angle PSQ is 90 degree then subtract the area of triangle PQS from triangle PRS and the remaining area will be area of shaded region
