In India, railroad was presented in the year 1853. The main traveler train in India kept running between Bombay and Thane on 16 April 1853.
The 14-carriage train was pulled by three steam trains: Sahib, Sindh and Sultan.
The Act was consequently revised to permit the use of steam trains and furthermore to enable travelers to be carried on the railroad.
