Hiring employees in India happens the same way it happens anywhere else in the world. It is a process through which eligible candidates are hired for a specific job position with respect to their credentials and skill set. If the educational background and experience does not co relate with the job requirement, the candidate is rejected.
Like anywhere else, personal connections with the hiring committee also pays off. One might not be required through the hiring procedure and may not even poses the required skill set might be hired. Due to which the deserving lot is left behind and the non deserving ones take the seat.
